John Lonsdorf Speaks at PRSA Conference
R&J President John Lonsdorf was asked to present his thoughts on “Creating an Effective and Profitable Workplace” at the 2011 PRSA Counselors Academy held recently in Las Vegas. Lonsdorf spoke of effective employee engagement techniques, and offered tips for turning employee satisfaction into client satisfaction (and profit) through proactive employee programs and policies, as well as by troubleshooting areas of concern before they become larger issues. The PRSA Counselors Academy is composed of senior-level public relations agency principals, from executives of the leading multinational agencies to independent practitioners, whose purpose is to enable collaborative peer relationships in which meaningful business counsel, operational best practices and industry trends can be shared and gained.
